Bubble film machine needs special personnel to operate. It needs to be maintained and maintained before working every day. Where is the maintenance point that needs attention?

1. The power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system and cooling system should be checked before each start-up of the bubble film machine. After the start-up of the equipment, the rotation direction of the rotating parts should be checked correctly. At ordinary times, the lubrication situation of the lubricating parts should be checked. Electrical instruments should be maintained and maintained normally in accordance with the regulations.

2. Bubble film machine should assign special person to operate the equipment. It is not allowed to idle the screw of extruder without material, so as to avoid scratch of screw and barrel. After shutdown, if there is material in the barrel, before starting again, the temperature of each temperature zone must be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements, and the temperature should be kept for more than 30 minutes before starting up. It is strictly forbidden to start before the temperature does not meet the requirements, so as to avoid damaging the machine parts.

3. When the bubble film machine feeds in the hopper, it must be kept clean, and metal debris, sand and small tools must be strictly prevented from entering the outlet to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. If abnormal noise is found in operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for processing.

4. When the screw is removed from the barrel for some reason, it should be properly handled to prevent deformation. If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the screw must be hanged vertically to prevent collision, bending and permanent deformation. The barrel and the surface of the screw should be protected by rust-proof oil.

5. The use, adjustment, maintenance and maintenance of temperature controllers, electronic instruments and electrical switches shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations and product specifications.

6. In addition to routine maintenance, the bubble film machine should be regularly repaired. The die should be thoroughly cleaned every three months. The lubricating grease of various bearings should be replaced every three months. The reducer should be replaced every six months. The equipment should be overhauled every two years.
