According to the different stretching modes of winding film machine, it can be divided into two categories: pre-stretching and resistance stretching.

1. Resistant stretching film winding machine: refers to adjusting the friction resistance of the resistance stretching mechanism, so that the speed of the passive pulling of the film is slower than the speed of the tray cargo, and then wraps the film around the cargo when it is pulled apart. Because the resistance can be adjusted to "zero", any quality wrapping film or ordinary plastic film can be used, but for lighter, higher goods, can not achieve stable packaging, and film consumption is higher.

2. Pre-stretching film winding machine: refers to the pre-stretching film frame mechanism, according to the pre-set "stretching ratio" after stretching the film wrapped around the pallet cargo. Its advantages are uniform film development, beautiful packaging, strong adaptability (ultra-light, super-high cargo can be used), and under the same conditions than the "resistance to stretch" type saving consumables by 30-50%.
