1. Take out the equipment; when the winding machine is removed from the truck by forklift truck, in order to ensure balance, the forklift teeth are penetrated into the slot hole of the machine at 1.1m or more. Then place it in the designated position and slowly remove the wrapping film wrapped on the equipment.

2. Supporting pillars; arrange several people to upgrade the pillars. In the process of upholding the pillars, pay attention to the wires at the bottom of the pillars and pierce them through the holes at the bottom of the pillars. Then lock and fix the pillar and the bottom of the equipment with four bolts randomly brought in. In the process of centralizing the pillar, we must pay attention to safety.

3. Wiring; arrange professional electrical personnel to connect the line to the terminal row of the equipment. The line number corresponds to the terminal row on the line, which is simple and clear. Then a ground wire is introduced to the equipment to ensure the operator's safety.

4. Turn on the power supply; turn on the power supply, close the switch inside the equipment cabinet, and then turn on the switch on the panel.

5. Parameter setting; the parameter adjustment of this equipment is convenient and easy to understand. The rotating speed of the turntable, the tension of the film, the rising and falling speed of the die frame, the number of circles at the top and bottom, the number of times up and down, and the time of overtopping can be set and adjusted.

6. Film penetration; roll the film into the clamping mechanism and wear the film according to the schematic diagram of film penetration.
